This is a landmark building and the residence of Late Satish Chandra Paul - A respected citizen of yester Varanasi, altruist, entrepreneur, socialite, revered by many beneficiaries in Varanasi and abroad for his silent gratuitous donations. Site of erstwhile Paul Bakery.
His youngest daughter, Mrs G Pramanick, has instituted a scholarship in the memory of her father in the adjacent school for meritorious but economically challenged girls.
