South Bay BBQFor a native of Dallas, TX, transplantation to Olympia, WA involved considerable shock - cultural, political, and gastronomical. I do get back to Big D at least once a year to catch up with family, friends, and my favorite foods, but while I'm living 1700 miles from where I grew up, South Bay BBQ keeps me satiated and satisfied. Outstanding smoked meats (pork, chicken, sausage, and ribs), tangy, spicy sauce, and healthy Texas-sized portions.
