  • Frinstead House was actually built in the late 1960's. I lived on the 13th floor from 1971 to 1982. It overlooks the Westway and is one of 3 identical tower blocks in that immediate area, overlooking Latimer Road underground station. It was a good place to live in those days ... but not so good these days.
