21st Century Technologies was founded in 1999 by Dr. Sherry Marcus, Ph.D. and Dr. Darrin Taylor, Sc.D with the mission of inserting emerging mathematical technologies into complex problems in the intelligence and military communities. Their goal was to find new ways to develop algorithms to detect and find data patterns that would greatly increase system performance. 21st Century Technologies has won several Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts from Homeland Security, the US Air Force, the US Army, and DARPA. The company has continued to expand and grow given its proven track record of success in both its SBIR and non-SBIR efforts and has become a recognized leader in social network analysis (SNA) and graph matching as methods of finding patterns and anomalies efficiently and effectively.
