This Place is Awesome(busy area)but definitely needs a 100% renovation. Very poor Maintenance.Except for the Admin cabin all the rest is Dirty & Shabby. I would construct a Cineplex with a food court with all the IT bees Arround.Adyar is the most happening place, an excellent spot totally wasted.
