A family run lake with tourist cotages and typical amenities (ie tennis, shuffle board, resteraunt, fishing). Built around an ice cutting lake created by an earthen dam/rail spur of the Wilkes Barre and Eastern Railroad. The spur served to form the lake and provide rail access for ice removal prior to WWII.
