Estahban (Persian: استهبان) is a city in Fars Province, Iran. It is the capital of Estahban County. The county is very fertile, which produces grain, cotton, tobacco and fruit. Estahban has been the most famous provider of fig to the world. It is also one of the biggest producers of saffron.
