  Fairly densely packed, but still a relaxed area, and even though there are houses almost everywhere and fairly little non-residential property, the community was able to be built into instead of in place of the surrounding forest, so it's still very heavily wooded. Good neighborhod, seems secluded but has good access to everything from schools to the many stores and businesses lining busy roads such as Kresson rd. and Route 70. Close enough to both High School East and High School West for either to be a reasonable choice.
