One of the symbols of city. Sights. The author is unknown, second-half XIX v. the octahedral open wooden terrace is elevated to the high brick base and is overlapped by cross-shaped arched roof with the central high angular cupola - the design concept of arbor is such. Unique expressive silhouette create the elegant shaped columns, lace of cornices, carved [nakryshnye] spires and set of other decorative elements, which enrapture by resourcefulness. Architect found successful scale and proportions of construction. His diameter - almost six meters, a height - is ten meters. Arbor is elevated without the united nail. In spite of modest sizes, arbor is one of the main sights of city.
