  • This outline marked is not correct and only preliminary. Actual boundary map available at Costruction site.
  • If this land would have been with any Private sector, it would have been converted to a Wonder land within 2 years Flat....! But being this Layout is developped by Karnataka Housing Board, its infrastructure and basic facilities development and fair handing over well in time to the benificiaries is all definitely influeced by the ruling Goverment and their decissions / lack of sense of time over run and Quality construction. If the same is developped un biassed and handed over well in time, then it will be really useful. No doubt the area has a full scope for fast development.
  • whaether site is alloted?
  • sir i paid rs, 350000/_ on march 2010 and till today not allotted a site in suryanagar khb. will i get allotted if so when? i tried contacting the office they say that by april end we will get it. this is the 10th time they are telling this. give me the correct picture

  • My Application No H1687 for built house measuring 30*50 under MIG category. Not successful in the lottery process during October 2011. Application for LIG house for unsuccessful applicants of MIG on notification during November 2011. Even after a lapse of 5 months there is no communication/progress regarding the allotment of the LIG built houses for the applicants paid Rs 4,76,000/-. This is my 3rd reminder kindly let me know the status of the allotment to enable me to take further steps, please understand the difficulties of the applicants who paid a huge amount as deposits. Kindly take immediate steps and convey me the latest position.
  • I paid 1.5 lakhs and waiting for allowtment of plot 40x60 ft under central govt quota but no news from KHB. I want to know when allowtments starts taking place.

  • HIG means high income group, i guess, still searching on net. But high income means how much?
