Streamline Moderne (architecture), 1931_construction, presbyterian church
Designed by Michael McInturf Architects while adaptively reusing the former Knickerbocker Laundry. Architect Irving Fenichel designed the building for the Knickerbocker Ice Company, which built it for its laundry business in 1931.
