Intended to be a restaurant, observation deck and Radio and TV studios, this concrete tower was supposed to top out at 500 feet with a 200 foot transmitter tower above. Construction was halted and never completed due to financial troubles. Tower was sold to Dave Krieger in the late 1980's and is now a cell site for several companies.
