Older highrise building with businesses on the main floor and apartments on the upper floors. It was the third building to bear the name of its developer, John Clarence Drinkle. It was renovated in 1976 and renamed, for a time, Regent Plaza.

Drinkle No. 1 was on the the corner of 21st Street and 2nd Avenue - it burnt to the ground in 1925. A close copy of it was built on the same site, and called the MacMillan Building. Drinkle No. 2 was across the street from No. 3, on the corner of 22nd Street and 3rd Avenue. It was demolished.
