The only true irish bar in toulouse,handily enough 10mins walk from the world cup stadium where T.F.C. and Stade Toulousain contest major games.This jewel is worth keeping secret ,however,an english slaber will never be tolerated,this is a true irish bar in an area which is becoming the trendiest area of the city centre.The developement of the old county prison will be a great reward for an area which has always struggled to be attractive.If ye fancy a great pint in 32 county surroundings,Mulligans bar is the only place to spend your soirees,a cool clientelle caps the craic in Mulligans.Take your oil if ye never get there!

Arite man im Kevo,im a man.Mulligans is a grand pub,get served all the time,even late on.Zohir makes sound kebabs for when your starvin,chips and that.I drove a taxi and it was sound.I like the pub.

Me and Breige love Mulligans will be back this summer. Mark's a bit of a hooligan I took him and my son Liam to Basque country , they showed me up neckin potcharan like it was water. Can't beat L'Entrecote for steak then to Mulligans for Guinness .
