Vršac (Cyrillic: Вршац, Romanian: Vârşeţ) is a city located in Banat region, in Serbia. It is part of the South Banat District. In 2002 the city's total population was 36,001, while Vršac municipality had 53,751 inhabitants.

It hosts the headquarters of Serbian pharmaceuticals company Hemofarm.
