LOCATION:
The Palace is located in Owińska, a place dating back to around 1250 A.D. Owińska itself is situated in the Commune of Czerwonak in Wielkopolska province, in the poviat of Poznan. Characteristic features of the commune are: dynamic economic growth, low unemployment rate and rapid increase in the number of inhabitants. Technological and social infrastructure, which improves year by year, allows for dynamic development of the commune and makes it increasingly attractive for prospective investors.

CLASSICAL PALACE
The grand palace dating back to 1804 and the surrounding historic park occupy the area of 16.8 hectares. The property is well exposed and can be easily spotted from the main road leading through Owińska. The palace was built as the residence for the German family von Treskow between 1804 and 1806 according to the design of Karol Fryderyk Schinkel and Franciszek Catel, the architects from Berlin.
This three storey building of massive construction, with characteristic features of late classicism, is located in an extensive natural lanscape park. The palace surroundings were designed by Piotr J. Lenné, a famous garden designer, at the beginning of the 19th century.
Driveway to the palace leads through two, symmetrical gates.

PLANNED INVESTMENT:
In 2002 the Commune of Czerwonak re-gained the ownership of the property.
Currently, the commune is looking for a business partner interested in long-term co-operation on development and arrangement of the building surrounded with the stand of old trees which would, at the same time, preserve the historic and architectural value of the building.
The authorities of the Commune are planning to turn the place into HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTRE. Adaptation of the palace and construction of two new hotel facilities, of the total number of 150 hotel rooms, will create a complex with luxury hotel apartments, conference and training facilities as well as catering facilities.

The authorities of the Commune are also willing to consider other proposals of land development and arrangement of the property, provided they accounted for the historic value of the palace and the surrounding park.
