Unless the Canby name was moved to a new location, this is not Canby Park, which was to the northeast of the city center when I was a child in the 1950s. Could it be "Bayard?"

Yes, this is Canby Park East. Across the railroad is Canby Park West. It's always been Canby. It's adjacent to the development of Cleland Heights.
