  • Nice place to take a break from the driving. A big drawback to this place is that there are no toilet facilites in this place. Wish somebody could construct and maintain these for the comfort of the traveller. will go a long way to keep the environment clean of the mess that people leave on the river bank!!
  • The accomodation here for sharing basis is really cheap,i paid twenty rupees for a bed with blankets(thats just half a dollar),beware of the mice though and if are taking this as ur first hault u will feel altitude sickness in the morning ,drink multiple litres water and pls do not smoke if u want to live, enjoy world's best motorable place
  • Most people stop here to eat. The surroundings are just amazing.
  • Girls beware!!!its a difficult altitude to handle...you will really feel drowsiness and vomiting. .breathing bcomes a real problem..no proper toilets available...but this is the charm if this trip..
  • Girls, you can relax. Or worry. Whichever you please... I'm a girl, and faced no altitude sickness, drowsiness, and didn't vomit even once. A male friend from the group did. It depends on your body entirely, not your gender.
  • thats a relief, thanks for the quote,
  • I have stayed one night in this place on 2012 June, during my Himalayan drive time, and I enjoyed this much, stay was cheaper than the food here.ofcourse the night time oxygen level goes down..& Down.... Avoid smoking these terrains.... I love this place.
  • (Y) Kudos!
  • Well said. It has nothing to do with gender or weight or height . It depends on Ur body. Even if u r into fitness, u may face it
