  My account NO. 11211148 CC To CEO ASIA Citi financial group Dear Sir I MR. Ved prakash Pandey. I am a costemer of ur bank .I have very bad experiance on 18 Dec-07 from ur mumbai head office (andheri east). the office time is 9.30 pm and not a single person is there except secuirity till 10.00 am. and its daily rutine. Then same time I called the costomer care on 022-39001111, where Mr. Akash Seni (10.00 to 10.15am) was online, dispite of giving all my details to him he has not registered my complain, and he kept on saying that some one will attend u in office. so i don t have the complain no. that's why i am giving all the details of date and timing ang the person whom i talk., Take a strict action against this.   SIR MY LOAN A/C 15186523 SIR I FAIL TO UR EMI DUE TO MY MOTHER INJURY SHE HAD ACCIDENT I WAS ON HER TREATMENT. IT TOOK WHOLE YEAR TO GET BACK IN ROUTINE THE LOCAL BRANCH AWARE OF THE CRITICAL CONDITION OF MY MOTHER. BUT UR EXICUTIVE BEHAVEING RUDLY AND TACLKING BADLY TO US GIVING US THREATNING NAME IS MR. GOLDEN KUMAR IS GIVING US THREAT TO PAY WITHIN 1 DAY GIVING US CALL IN MID NIGHT. I AM LIVING IN RATLAM AND HE WERE TELLING TO COME AND PAY UR SETTLEMENT AMOUNT IN DELHI OR JABALPUR. SIR THIS VERY WRONG . SIR WHAT SHOULD I DO. PLZ TELL. TAKE A STRICT ACTION ON HIM.
