  • YES. HUDA final approved. One of the verty best but low key properties around Gachibowli.
  • This is now a very sought after area, The 150' road is almost ready, Bitumen layer awaited on it.
  • Great developments around Lumbini. This is a small & nice community in the center of development now. The road to Hitech area that was in the plans for 10years is almost ready too.

  • I am hearing 40+. But haven't heard of any resales lately. I expect it to be higher with the 22.5C/Acre being paid for APIIC Raidurg Land (Knowledge City) which is next door.
  • I also think this is maybe the only layout with 2 major roads around it. old mumbai road and now the hitech radial road.
  • Resales are for 75K in Shilpa Layout behind this layout. Will the rates here increase to 50K. Is it possible as we are at the intersection of 2 major roads.

  • Just came back from India. Absolutely fabulous development around. Divyasree SEZ diagnolly across under rapid development. Other side of the new road to Hitech also earthwork undre progress. New road from behind ilabs being formed to meet this new road midway - I guess it is necessary as there are 20 acre lots sold to comapnies and road approaches need to be provided by APIIC.

  • yes wait for the area to become commercial, asking for 50k right now is foolish as everyone is negative on RE now. This place has very good chance of becoming Comm. Area
