  The staff working in this agent are the worse people that I have ever seen in my life. They do not have any sense of humanity. I had flight from Brunei to KL 13 August and the Boarding time was 3:15 (I had Web check in). I reached to the counter at 3:20 (My flight was at 3:55). Seems that they closed the counter at 3:10. They did not accept my boarding pass on smart phone and they asked to print (while I did not have any place to print). I begged them for 40 minutes to print for me and they did not. I lost my flight when my son was alone in KL. I just wondering that Airasia does not have any responsibility of the customers. They will not even bother to help you. I think better to pay more, buy from the company that train the staff to be more responsible.
