Established in 1911,one of the oldest Mills in Coimbatore. Founder of the Mill Rasakondalar Shri.G.Kuppuswamy Naidu and his brother Rasakondalar Shri.G.Venkitaswamy Naidu of Pappanaickenpalayam , Coimbatore.

Managed and grown under the leadership of Shri.G.Kuppuswamy Naidu's illustrious sons Shri.G.K.Devarajulu Naidu ( GKD), Shri.G.K.Sundaram ( GKS), Shri.G.Govindaswamy Naidu ( GK Mani ), Shri.G.K.Rajagopal ( GKR). This is the parent organisation of Lakshmi Group, LMW is founded later by the same family.
