McKendree Park is a quiet, picturesque swim/tennis neighborhood located in the heart of Gwinnett County. Tucked into a park-like setting among an abundance of mature hardwood trees and tall pines, the community is still only a few minutes removed from 'all the best' that Atlanta has to offer.

A casual stroll through the neighborhood reflects the pride our homeowners take in the care and presentation of their homes. The residences rise and fall with the contours of the landscape and highlight the individuality of the homeowners’ tastes amid complimentary home designs.

With fun and relaxation in mind, McKendree Park’s Common Area boasts something for everyone. The Jr. Olympic-size pool and expansive deck area offer the entire family a chance to swim, lounge and enjoy time together. For the smallest of our residents, there is also a wading pool available to start the training for future Olympians! Pool season starts in May and continues into September; plenty of time for pool-side fun all summer long.

For those who thrive on exercise and competition, the tennis courts offer opportunities to play to your level; whether for fun or to compete in ALTA or USTA Leagues. The courts are adjacent to a covered Pavilion, offering players some shelter from the summer sun or, the court lighting offers a chance to avoid the sun altogether with competition after dark. A nearby playground enables tennis events to be a family affair as kids play on the outdoor amenities during matches. Often it is the little details, like this, that make all the difference….

While enjoying neighborhood amenities fills up free time, a community isn’t complete without the support of a robust school district. Located near one of the finest districts in Georgia, McKendree Park children progress through McKendree Elementary School, Creekland Middle School and Collins Hill High School; each scoring significantly above national averages.
