Neighbourhood with open Thames flood meadows to the north and Chertsey Bourne flood meadows in the north, mobile home park and pub between Chertsey and Addlestone north of the Virginia Water - Weybridge railway line. The west and south are higher and outside of flood risk zones and have a busy roundabout providing access to the M25 along a spur road.
