Agios Amvrosios [Esentepe, Αγ Αμβρόσιος]

It was originally an exchange village which means there is another village in the South of the Island with the same name/similar name where the Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots exchanged their land/property.

Esentepe/Agois Amvrosios is still a beautiful village with all of the old houses still remaining. There hasn't been very much development within the village itself and the residents are gradually bringing the old exchange houses into the 21st Century.
