This building houses items, often recycled from extinct attractions, that can be used as props for business/private conventions and events. It’s contents are something of a boneyard, for props, set pieces and other things from retired shows that Convention Properties wanted to keep. As soon as anything is retired they run in and save as much as they can. If your having a convention at Walt Disney World and want it decorated a certain way, even if you want outer-space-Polynesian-arctic-dinosaurs, perhaps they already have something appropriate. If not, they will build it. Pirates were obviously a recent trend, and many podiums, tables, stage pieces and greeter signs have already been created.
