When the residential complex was being constructed in 1914, there was a petition to construct a parish church in honor of St. Nicholas within the complex. Construction started in 1915 but was not completed and the church was never consecrated. During Soviet times it was used as residences.
The place is located in Apartment Complex for the employees of the Moscow branch of the State Bank - architectural monument
