Originally a flagship branch of the Bank of Scotland, it is now a JD Wetherspoon pub. Look out for the quirky features such as the bank vault being used as a wine cellar!

Usually a decent place for a drink. Has suffered a little from the smoking ban, for instance the food choice is smaller than it used to be. Good selection of drinks, including guest ales from around the country. Things to try:
Tuesdays - steak night, cheap grill meals
Thursdays - curry night, wide selection of curry dishes.

(I'll edit this tag again, adding more info, address, category, polygon, etc., on later)
