The new four story rectory for Epiphany Catholic Church was dedicated in the Spring, 2010. It occupies the spot where the old Epiphany School stood. The rectory serves as a residence for the priests who live at Epiphany, and as the Administrative Office for the Center-City Catholic Parishes (St. Mary of Mercy, Epiphany, and St. Benedict the Moor).

The old rectory, which adjoined the the east end of the church and faced Centre Avenue, was sold for demolition to the Sports and Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh to ensure enough space to build Consol Energy Center.
