Currently home to the Mandarin Restaurant, a Chinese restaurant. The Butler Block was built in 1906, by Dr. J.H.C. Willoughby and John Butler. In its time, it has been home to such businesses as the West Star Fruit Co., Star Meat Market, Westside Clothing Store, Lipsett's Dry Goods, and a number of Chinese restaurants.
