  This cannot be Bongaon because if you see the location of the Beltola college, then Bongaon cannot be in a different area all together. Reason - Beltola College itself falls within Bongaon and the person who has described Bongaon just has to know more about map reading. The scale of the map is confusing but still the place described as Bongaon just cannot be. I stay in Bongaon so I know, but it seems you are not a resident of Bongaon or you don't know how to read a map.
