Public 1-bedroom apartments for senior citizens and disabled persons in the former Samuel F.B. Morse Elementary School. The original wing, squarish in plan, was built in 1874. The original schoolhouse bell adorns the atrium. Morse Gardens is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
