This is the "MUNS Haul Road" that runs from KUMMSC to Pad 5, Kirtland AFB's "hot cargo" (i.e- nuclear weapons) loading pad with its own special taxiway right off the flight line.

Over 3,000 nuclear warheads have passed over this short stretch of pavement.
