Awful. Disgusting. Terrible Maintanence, No landscaping, Cockroaches (I KID YOU NOT), Horrible Management. NO UPGRADES, NO RENOVATIONS..70's Kitchen and Baths. Original Hospital Room Flooring in Halls and Kitchen (Like when you were in High School. Or your Doctor's Office), Leaks, Flooding in Den and Bedroom, TERRIBLE plumbing. Screaming kids with no parental supervison outside 'playing', I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We cannot wait to find a new place to call home. This has been our worst experience EVER with rentals.

The worst living experience I ever had. Huge roaches , old out dated appliances , terrible plumbing , leaks for weeks in the bedrooms. It took maintenance 2 weeks to fix a leak that got worse everytime it rained. I hated Turnberry Wells with a passion I would never ever recommend this place to any one.

This place is horrible. I wish I would have read some reviews before moving in. Maintanence is horrible! My washer and dryer did not work properly for almost 2 months and all they had to say about it was that I was doing something wrong. Even heard it was because I used cold water and too much soap!!! The carpets have awful stains and paint on them. The bathroom faucets drip all day and night. Even our refrigerator leaks. And on the top of the list, if we have the heat or a/c on, the unit clinks so loudly you have to turn the tv volume extra high. Never move in here!
