Location: North Promenade, Central Section of Rizal Park
The centerpiece is the statue of Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippine national hero, depicting the way how he was executed, during the Spanish period, on this site.
Before the entrance is a mural sculpture depicting Rizal's boyhood to his exile in Dapitan, and on the other side of the entrance is a wall of black granite with Rizal's "Last Farewell" engraved in 3 languages: Spanish, English, & Filipino (Tagalog)
