  This temple is located in a small forest near Olayinmal, which is the central place of Chikkilode. Olayinmal is actually a hillock where a Bus stand, a UP School etc are located....The main attraction of the temple, which is situated at distance of about 2 kms from the Chikkilode bus stand, is its natural surroundings with very tall trees, a large number of monkeys and air breathing roots of the old trees and a small stream of pure and serine water lashing out of the rocks/woods...The very taste of the pure can also attract one towards the temple....For the devotees daily pooja is conducted at the temple by priest and offerings are made by Bhaktas reaching the place every day...Another attraction of the temple is the natural pond in its premises where devotees especially those going for Shabarimala pilgrimage purify their body before moving to the sanctum sanatorium....Indeed a worth seeing place..
