Also known as "Palatul Sportiv" (Sports Palace),it has the biggest indoor arena with more than 6000 seats. It hosted many times the Davis Cup and many great music concerts (Phoenix, Nightwish, Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, etc) It is also the host of the well known "Night of the ad eaters" festival ( "Noaptea devoratorilor de publicitate" in romanian, or "La Nuit des Publivores" in french) wich is a film projection of a fine commercial selection made by Jean Marie Boursicot and his crew. It also hosted Eros Show 2007.
