This three storey brick masonry and frame building was built in 1910. The top floors were at one time used for residential use then later converted to office and are presently closed off from the main floor. The present tenant, Moores, has occupied the building since 1985. In 2003, Moores completed a major renovation to the main floor interior and exterior as well as upgraded the mechanical system.
