Jahanabad is a historical village in Bijnor District of Uttar Pradesh and lies on the banks of the Ganges. It is about 13 km south of Bijnor, the district headquarters.
During the Mughal period, it was an administrative unit of the empire with around 100 villages. A sufi saint, who lived here, was famous for curing snake bites.
