"North America's Best Preserved Brick-making Site!." Today it is virtually unchanged from the day it opened in 1914, closed in 1987. Bricks used across North America and Cuba. Face brick was produced until 1960s, and fire brick until closure. Museum is open in summer (May 15 - Sept 15) with an educational center, tours, cafe and gift shop.
