This is a nice hidden gem of a park. Placer County's newest park was an old ranch and was given to the county for a park. Its a pretty little canyon, with well maintained trails. There are several trails in this park, small water falls, as well as ADA accessible trail. The park is horse friendly and dog friendly. I would recommend this for a day hike, its an easy drive from Sacramento.
