An extraordinary part of the neighbourhood that is called "Groot-Driene". It is an experimental way of building, where the houses are put on concrete pillars. The space below the houses can be used for parking and central facilities, such as shops and pubs. In this way the density of housing is four times as high as in ordinary neighbourhoods.
