Patrician house, first mentioned in 1372, bought by the city in 1596, and since then part of the City Hall (Rathaus). The courtyard, "little Wanebach courtyard", was known throughout the city for its beauty. House and courtyard were destroyed in the hail of bombs on March 22, 1944; the remains were torn down in 1951 and replaced with a new building.
