"Happy Face" Hill (Simi Valley)

Vandals recently defaced the Happy Face. It has been reported that the originator of the Happy Face has been given permission by Larwin (owner of the hill) to redo the face.

The Happy Face is under threat from massive development just to the east (at the north end of Kuehner). Bulldozers and earth-movers have scraped down twenty-feet-deep pits to within yards of it.
