Middle to lower-income class neighbourhood, developed mainly in the 1970s. The streets here are named after the fathers of confederation and prominent politicians.

The area was first identified as "Dundonald Park" by developers in 1912. The name was reused for the present-day subdivision of Dundonald, just to the north.
