Middle to lower-middle income neighbourhood, developed mainly between 1946 and 1970. Compared with other inner-city neighbourhoods, Hudson Bay Park is a bit better off with lower crime and a higher home ownership rate. Some of the streets are named after early settlers and pioneers of Saskatoon. The 1913 city plan did not have Husdon Bay Park on it - the area it encloses now had names like Highbury Park, Tuxedo Park and Ruskin Place.
