industrial area, subdivision (housing subdivision)

Industrial land, also home to Canadian Pacific Railways' main yards. The streets here are named after CPR employees. The shape results from two different developers in Sutherland - the railway that laid its streets parallel to the tracks, and a real estate developer that had the western part of Sutherland built on a north-south grid. This triangular gap between the two became industrial land.
