The is a well known Market place in Begumgonj Upazilla, Noakhali District.
Before 1971 it was Pakistan Bazar. It is in Chowmuhani Laxmipur Road. 7 KM far from Chowmuhani city & 12 km far from Maijdee Court City.

  • hmm well, first time i heard it was "Pakistan bazaar" before 71. any way thanks for the information.
  • My father told me the history of the place. During Pakistan period this place were known as Pakistan bazar. My father Mr. Abdul Awal is from nearby Faraezi Bari and grow up in the area. I had been many times in Bangla bazar. Whenever I visited grandpa's village I spent lot of times there. It is a big bazar. Important market place and a communication hub for the nearby areas. It has bus stop, post office, banks and other important offices. Thousands of people use this place everyday.
