It is not completely finished - the multiplex cinema is not opened yet, there are heavy construction works in the back (proably at Iulius business center) etc.

Iulius Mall is a big shopping center with all the shops and entertainmants u need. On this picture u can`t find it because it was finished some months ago, but maybe on the next one you will find it. Today it is one of the most famous Mall, Shopping Center in Cluj so go and visit it.
