  • Moenkopi substation is located on the Hopi reservation, and is thereby owned by the Hopi Nation under federal law. It is currently operated by APS, ostensibly to serve only the California market; however a quick glance at the attached grid map clearly shows that power is provided to the Arizona market as well.
